The member themselves or GGBet — Either party may initiate account closure.

Account Closure by Member: Any member may request account closure at any time, with the option to withdraw any remaining balance. Self-Exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

Account Closure by GGBet: GGBet may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• If a breach of terms or evidence of fraud is found
• If unverified identity or false information is provided
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If suspicious financial activity is detected

Even after account closure, all transaction records will be retained for legal purposes.

GGBet Services are provided on an "as is" basis. GGBet is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses incurred by members due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions.
• Third-party account access resulting from a password leak due to the member's own negligence.
• Transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, cyberattacks) that disrupt services.

Where GGBet is found liable, the maximum compensation shall not exceed the balance available in the member's account at the time.
